Note: We aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team 01******0d9@0***c.com We will not accept returns on items that have been returned by mail without contacting us beforehand. If you wish to return or exchange your order we ask you for assistance. prepare an Order No. as well as the reason. Once we have received your email with an the request for exchange or return, the customer support representatives from our company will email instructions for exchange or return back to you by email. Order Cancellation
a. If you cancel your order after 24hrs of purchasing, but have not yet been shipped, we’ll offer an entire refund.
b. We cannot consider cancellation requests for orders once the order has been sent. You can apply for a return once receiving the parcel.
c. Generally, you’ll be able to receive a refund within between 5 and 15 days. (If you do not receive a refund in the timeframe of 30 days you must contact us by email)
Return/Exchange Process
a. Items are able to be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please note that requests made after the due date may not be accepted.
b. Shipping fees for returns are the cost of the customer.
C. We’ll send you an email once we’ve finished you have completed the process of your exchange or refund and you will receive the money sent to the primary payment mode. In general, you’ll be able to receive your refund within five to fifteen business days. (If you do not receive a refund after 30 calendar days you must contact us by email)
Please note that all items for exchange or return must be returned in their original condition or damaged, unwashed, and with the original labels still in the original packaging.
